If you’re planning to attend Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party in 2025, there’s one experience that adds a sparkling cherry on top of your holiday celebration. The Fireworks Holiday Dessert Party at Magic Kingdom!

This exclusive event offers guests a prime view of the new “Frozen Holiday Surprise” and “Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show”, along with a spread of festive desserts, drinks, and holiday cheer.

What is the Fireworks Holiday Dessert Party?

This is a separately ticketed add-on experience available during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party on select nights from November 7 through December 21, 2025. The party takes place at the Tomorrowland Terrace and includes access to a beautifully decorated dessert buffet and VIP views of the nighttime fireworks show over Cinderella Castle.

When you check in, you’ll receive a special event lanyard, giving you access to the reserved viewing area and reminding you of the event times. It’s the perfect way to take a break from the crowds and indulge in a little luxury during your party night.

What’s Included? (Spoiler: It’s Delicious!)

The 2025 dessert party menu will be full of festive flavors and classic favorites. Offerings are buffet-style and may include:

  • Mini red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting
  • Chocolate peppermint mousse cups
  • Fresh fruit displays
  • S’mores-inspired tarts
  • Holiday cookies (including gluten-free options!)
  • Sparkling cider, hot cocoa, coffee, and specialty non-alcoholic beverages

Adults 21+ can enjoy a selection of sparkling wine and cordials, included with the ticket price for those attending the “Seats & Sweets” version of the party.

Fireworks Viewing: Choose Your Experience

Previously, guests have been able to choose between two options:

1. “Pre-Party” Package

Enjoy desserts before the fireworks, then move to a reserved Plaza Garden standing area for the show.

2. “Seats & Sweets” Package

Stay seated at the Tomorrowland Terrace for the show—perfect for those who prefer to relax and enjoy the view with a drink in hand.

💡 Pro Tip: The Seats & Sweets option sells out quickly due to its comfort and unbeatable views. If that sounds like your dream night, book early!

This sounds like such a magical way to wrap up the night! I love how you highlighted the difference between the “Pre-Party” and “Seats & Sweets” options—it really helps people figure out what fits their style best. The dessert lineup also sounds incredible (those s’mores-inspired tarts are calling my name).

One question I had: since it’s held during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, do guests need both a party ticket andthe dessert party add-on, or does the dessert party ticket cover admission for the night on its own?

Hi! So glad the post helped! To clarify, the dessert party is an add-on. You still need a Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party ticket for that night. The dessert party ticket just gives you VIP seating, festive treats, and the best fireworks views. If you love the idea of cozy seats and sweet treats with a magical view, Seats & Sweets is definitely worth booking early!
