WE WILL UPDATE INFORMATION REGARDING THEME PARKS, RESORTS, AND DINING.
UPDATE 05/08/20: DISNEY SPRINGS WILL BEGIN PHASE ONE OF REOPENING ON MAY 20. DISNEY WORLD WEBSITE ONLY ACCEPTING NEW RESERVATIONS BEGINING JULY 1 AND LATER.
UPDATE: DISNEY WORLD THEME PARKS, RESORTS, AND DISNEY SPRINGS WILL REMAIN CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
If you have booked a Disney Resort stay with a check in during these dates, you will have until your check in date to modify or cancel your reservation. If you take no action, Disney will automatically process a refund.
If you have prepaid dining and/or other experiences for this time-frame, they will automatically be refunded.
Any unused multi-day or date specific theme park tickets with a start date on or before the park’s reopening will automatically be extended for use any date through December 15, 2020. If you are unable to make use of the tickets by Dec 15, 2020 then you may apply the value of the tickets toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date.
Any FastPass+ reservations scheduled for March 16 – the park’s reopening will automatically be canceled.
Dining reservations made at impacted locations, which were held by a credit card guarantee, will not be charged a cancellation or no-show fee for these dates. ***keep in mind that the resort hotels and Disney Springs are remaining open.***
The Walt Disney Company has stated that it will continue to pay it’s cast members during this period of closure, and that it will continue to pay commissions to travel agencies with paid-in-full reservations for this time-frame as well.
