Behind The Seeds Tour Review
Interested in gardening? If you are, the Behind The Seeds Tour offered at EPCOT is a great way to add EXTRA MAGIC to your vacation. Here at Make Time For Magic, we rank this as a 7 out of 10 for adults and teens in terms of a great way to spend that valuable vacation time.
Get ready for a behind the scenes look at some of the research being done within the greenhouses, as well as a close up look at the hydroponics systems in use.
Our tour guide was knowledgeable, as well as entertaining. We discussed pest control and growth mediums. Our group was also informed by our guide that there are restaurants on property serving the fruits and vegetables grown here, and that some of the fruits and vegetables are actually fed to animals that you see in Animal Kingdom.
The tour, which is located on the lower level of The Land Pavilion at EPCOT, lasts about one hour, and at the time of this post, is priced at $25 per adult. This is a great value for your vacation dollar! (*Note that this is a walking tour, so you should expect to be on your feet for the entire hour*)
